Easier & Co. curates and sources skincare and wellness products from trusted suppliers; we do not manufacture the products ourselves. We take care in selecting items we believe in, but individual results can vary from person to person.
We've made every effort to display product colours, textures, and details as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will be completely accurate.
Products may be limited in quantity, and we reserve the right to limit sales of any product to any person, region, or order, and to discontinue a product at any time without notice.
3. Shipping
Orders are shipped from our overseas suppliers to South Africa, with typical delivery taking approximately 1–2 weeks. We currently ship within South Africa only.
Tracking information is provided once your order arrives in South Africa, rather than from the original dispatch point. If an order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, we will arrange a reshipment at our discretion. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.
4. Pricing and Order Accuracy
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, cancel orders affected by such errors, and modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors, or where billing/shipping information cannot be verified.
You agree to provide accurate, current information when placing an order and to promptly update it if anything changes.
5. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your Easier & Co. products. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange. Full details are set out in our Returns Policy.
